A TYPICAL SCHEDULE

Here is a guide to our schedule during your 6 night retreat:

  • 07:30 Morning Teas & Coffee

  • 8:00  Morning Bodyweight HIIT training, Calisthenics based circuit session or a Dynamic Power Yoga Flow either at the villa or at the nearby beach. A swim in the ocean after training is always highly recommended.

  • 9.30 – Delicious buffet style healthy breakfast packed with nutrition to fuel your body for the day ahead.

  • 11.30 – Mindful movement, yoga and mobility workshop - including the likes of animal flow and inversions

  • 13:30 – Lunch which will be a delicious plant-based meal full of all the colours of the rainbow.

  • 14:30 – 17.30 – Adventure Time - to hike, paddle board, kayak
    OR Time To Chill - take time out to relax on our own private yacht, on the beach or by the pool

  • 18:00 – Back to the villa as the sun sets for a restorative stretch class, breathwork workshop or guided meditation.

  • 19.30 – Dinner. A delicious warm 5-star meal will be served in front of our roaring fire.

  • 21:00 – Meditation / Yin Yoga/ Nutritional talks / Movie nights – these will differ each evening.
