  • 07:30 Morning Teas & Coffee

  • 8:00  Morning bodyweight HIIT/calisthenics/circuit training or dynamic power yoga flow at the villa or on our own private beach A post yoga/training ocean dip is always highly recommended

  • 9.15 – A delicious & nutritious breakfast to fuel your body for the day ahead

  • 11ish – Workshops, mindful movement & mobility, animal flow & inversions OR a coastal hike & some ancient ruins

  • 13:30 – Lunch, expect all colours of the rainbow, veg-centric, seasonal & grown in our own farm. Farm-to-table heaven

  • 14:30 – 17.30 – a chance to adventure or take some leisure… paddle board, kayak, snorkel or lounge by the pool, take a snooze on the beach or get tucked into your book

  • 18:00 – Enjoy a sunset restorative stretch

  • 20.00 – Dinner, a delicious grecian banquet

  • 21:00 – Laughs by the fire pit or relish in deliciously early nights tucked up in bed
