Throw all the ingredients into the blender and blend until velvety smooth. Adjust liquid if needed to your desired consistency
Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite superfoods, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds or even some of my amazing gingery granola for that extra crunch! Yum!

1 small raw beets – peeled
1 Handful Spinach
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
3 Strawberries
1/4 avocado
1/2 frozen banana
½ Cup homemade Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Almond butter
2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
optional toppings:
2 Tsp Bee Pollen
1 Tbsp Goji Berries
2 Tsp Desiccated Coconut
Small handful fresh blueberries
